Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar Steel Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant to work from home in Doha. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in administrative support roles. The successful candidate will possess strong project management and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Manage and organize documents, emails, and other forms of communication - Coordinate meetings and conferences, including scheduling and preparing agendas - Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and milestones - Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking - Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations - Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews - Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and filing documents - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security measures are followed


Requirements: - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
