Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time remote role. As an Associate Level professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team based in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members. 2. Prepare and send out emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the team. 3. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and other records. 4. Assist with research tasks, document preparation, and data entry as needed. 5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 6. Provide general office support including answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role. 2. Strong adaptability and reliability in a remote work environment. 3. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 4. Proven problem-solving abilities to handle various tasks and challenges. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
