Job Description:
Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. The successful candidate should possess a high level of energy and be highly driven to excel in their responsibilities.
Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. - Assist in event planning and coordination. - Provide support to team members as needed. - Perform general office duties as required.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in an administrative role. - Energetic and driven personality. - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
