Job Description:
Meddy is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with organizing and maintaining company records and documents - Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for team members - Support the team with research and data analysis as needed - Help with organizing company events and meetings - Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual who is able to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Strong persuasion skills to influence decision-making - Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
