Job Description:
Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Doha. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies - Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for staff - Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations - Help with general office management tasks as needed
Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong planning abilities - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
