Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Qatar Biobank is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Doha. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in a professional setting.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining filing systems - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations - Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide general support to staff and visitors - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strategic planning skills - High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
