Job Description:
United Development Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and have a passion for providing top-notch administrative support. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. 2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members. 3. Manage and organize electronic files and documents. 4. Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries. 5. Create and update reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 7. Conduct research and gather information as directed by supervisors. 8. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements: 1. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Leadership skills and the ability to think strategically. 6. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
