Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Al Shaqab is seeking a reliable and independent Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order - Assist in organizing events and coordinating logistics - Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed - Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely manner - Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in administrative roles - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
