Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. 2. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 5. Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases. 6. Assist with special projects and events as needed. 7. Provide general administrative support to the team as required.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Driven and independent personality traits. 8. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
