Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


As an Administrative Coordinator at Qatar National Cement Company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be a key player in coordinating and facilitating various office tasks and functions, as well as supporting management in day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management - Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondences - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Support HR department in recruitment and onboarding of new employees - Maintain and update company databases and records - Assist in organizing company events and functions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and resourceful attitude towards work - Leadership skills to motivate and coordinate office staff - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks - Associate degree or equivalent qualification - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
