Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator at RasGas Company Limited in Doha, Qatar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This part-time, entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a perfect opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in administration.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Assist with the organization and coordination of events, both internal and external - Maintain and update company databases and filing systems - Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Handle office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering replacements as necessary - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports - Act as a point of contact for employees and external partners, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person - Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing


Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated attitude - Strong planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment operation - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Availability to work part-time hours
