Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


The Administrative Coordinator at Qatar Free Zones Authority will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various departments within the organization. This part-time position requires someone with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role and who is resourceful and confident in their abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies as needed. 2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and with external stakeholders. 3. Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails. 5. Support the HR department in coordinating recruitment activities and onboarding new employees. 6. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions. 7. Maintain accurate records and files both in physical and digital formats. 8. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role. 3. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Persuasion and strategic planning skills. 8. Resourceful and confident demeanor.
