Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for department heads. 2. Maintain and organize departmental files and records. 3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and reports. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications. 5. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials. 6. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory. 7. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports. 8. Provide general administrative support as needed.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
