Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a dedicated and resilient Administrative Coordinator to work from home on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and organization of files. 3. Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for team members. 4. Assist with event planning and coordination. 5. Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. 7. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.


Requirements: 1. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently. 6. Resilient and able to work under pressure. 7. Must have a dedicated work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
