Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


QatarDebate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with a strong background in coordinating tasks and projects efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members. 2. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. 3. Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail. 5. Maintain and update database systems and filing systems to ensure efficient organization of information. 6. Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and processing invoices. 7. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote work environment. 7. Strategic planning abilities and the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. 8. Passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization.
