Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality is seeking a skilled and dependable Remote Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and supporting our remote team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in office management or a related field and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for remote team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. 3. Support the remote team by providing administrative support, compiling reports, and assisting with research as needed. 4. Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing expenses, and maintaining organized files. 5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management. 6. Support the company's culture of ongoing learning and development by participating in training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Reliable and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
