Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Remote Office Manager on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: - Managing the day-to-day operations of a remote office, including maintaining office supplies, handling communication and correspondence, and coordinating with other team members. - Organizing and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments for the remote team. - Assisting with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and coordinating project deliverables. - Handling travel arrangements and expense reports for remote team members. - Providing administrative support to the remote team, including filing paperwork, editing documents, and managing calendars.
