Job description:
Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events - Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls - Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees - Maintaining office policies and procedures - Managing budgets and expenses - Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in office management or a related role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong analysis and project management skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
