Job Description:
Aspire Zone Foundation is seeking a confident and resourceful Office Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing support to senior management. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. 3. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. 4. Monitor and report on office expenses and budget. 5. Assist with HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding. 6. Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders and visitors. 7. Research and compile information for presentations and reports. 8. Provide support to senior management as needed.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong research and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
