Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level Office Manager with 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.


Responsibilities:


- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary items are stocked and functional - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records - Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the office - Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed - Provide administrative support to various departments as required


Requirements:


- 3 years of experience in office management or a related field - Independent and passionate personality traits - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with budgeting and expense tracking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
