Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job Description:


As a Remote Office Manager at Qatar Electricity & Water Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote office. Your primary duties will include managing office supplies, coordinating with remote staff, organizing virtual meetings, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the office.


Responsibilities: - Manage remote office operations and ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities - Coordinate with remote staff to ensure they have necessary resources and support - Organize virtual meetings and ensure all technology is functioning properly - Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist with onboarding new remote employees and providing necessary training - Monitor and track remote office expenses and prepare reports for management - Implement and enforce office policies and procedures - Provide support to remote staff as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
