Online Operations Associate

Job Description: As an Online Operations Associate at Barwa Group, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing our e-commerce platforms, monitoring and analyzing online traffic and sales data, optimizing product listings, coordinating with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, and resolving any customer issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be involved in researching market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong research and critical thinking skills
