Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Entry-Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. We are looking for a resourceful and energetic individual who possesses excellent persuasion and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of Vodafone Qatar's online platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience - Monitor and analyze website traffic and metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors - Assist in creating and editing content for online platforms, including text, images, and videos - Provide support for customer inquiries and issues related to online services - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in online operations or digital marketing - Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising
