Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage and update product listings on our online platform - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback - Assist with order processing and fulfillment - Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize online operations - Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure we remain competitive in the market

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online operations - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with online platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus
