Online Operations Manager

As the Online Operations Manager at Qatar Rail, you will be responsible for overseeing all online operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all online platforms. This part-time role requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and improve efficiency - Manage the day-to-day operations of all online platforms, including website, mobile app, and social media - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of online operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement - Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Lead and mentor a team of online operations staff to ensure high performance and productivity - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion - Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong strategic planning and presentation skills - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices - Experience with content management systems and online analytics tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
