Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton in Doha. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and maximizing revenue through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and drive revenue growth - Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates - Manage online marketing campaigns and work closely with the marketing team to drive traffic and increase conversions - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless online operations, including IT, marketing, and customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations - Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and independent with a passion for success - Experience with online marketing and e-commerce platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of driving results and achieving business goals
