Online Operations Manager

Woqod is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Operations Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level position with 6 years of experience, the Online Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our online operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online operations efficiency and effectiveness - Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform - Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve online operations - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer experience - Oversee inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment processes - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Implement best practices for online marketing, promotions, and customer engagement - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize website performance - Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 6 years of experience in online operations management or related field - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Proven track record of driving online revenue growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Experience in project management and team leadership - Knowledge of online marketing trends and techniques - Understanding of customer behavior and online shopping habits
