Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a driven and confident Online Operations Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all online operations for the company. This part-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online operations efficiency and effectiveness - Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online platforms - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations - Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Proven experience in online operations management - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce platforms - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
