Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and driven Operations Associate to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operations management and will possess a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational performance. 3. Conduct analysis and research to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings. 4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management. 5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards operational goals. 6. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
