Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team at Qatar Museums in Doha. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the museum, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and organizing events, exhibitions, and programs - Manage inventory of supplies and materials - Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of museum facilities - Handle visitor inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Hardworking and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Persuasive and able to influence others - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Knowledge of museum operations and best practices is a plus
