Operations Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Operations Associate to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As an entry-level position, the Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the mall.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the coordination of daily activities within the mall, including monitoring security, cleaning, and maintenance services. 2. Support the Operations Manager in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively and in a timely manner. 3. Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 4. Conduct analysis of operational processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency. 5. Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high quality services and cost effectiveness. 6. Support in planning and executing events and promotions within the mall. 7. Assist in conducting regular inspections of the mall premises to identify any issues and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for visitors.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Motivated and confident individual with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to make independent decisions and problem solve effectively. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
