Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a dedicated Remote Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operations and administrative tasks related to our remote broadcasting operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be confident, hardworking, possess strong presentation skills, and have the ability to effectively manage people.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with remote production teams to ensure smooth operation of live sports broadcasts - Assist in the setup and operation of remote broadcasting equipment - Monitor broadcast feeds to ensure quality and resolve any technical issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of broadcast schedules, equipment inventory, and other relevant documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions - Assist with training new team members on remote operations processes and procedures - Contribute to the overall success of remote broadcasting operations by providing support wherever necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in remote operations or a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of sports broadcasting industry trends and technologies
