Operations Associate

Job Description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Doha, QA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company's day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing schedules for operations staff - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed - Assist in data entry and maintenance of records - Conduct research to support operational projects - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management - Provide support to the operations team in various tasks as required - Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
