Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our cargo services. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate processing of cargo shipments - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate the movement of cargo - Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery - Handle any issues or delays in the transportation process - Maintain detailed records of cargo movements and transactions - Assist in the planning and execution of cargo operations - Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks - Adhere to all safety and security protocols

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Strong leadership abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of cargo handling and transportation processes is a plus
