Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This position is part-time and allows for remote work from home. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating and executing various operational tasks and projects. 2. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. 3. Provide support to the operations team in managing schedules, meetings, and other administrative tasks. 4. Assist with data entry and record keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in operations or a related field. - Reliable and independent personality traits, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. - Strong decision-making and analytical skills to assess complex situations and recommend solutions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
