Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team at Snoonu in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and optimize the entire delivery process, including tracking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery - Supervise and coordinate the work of operations staff, including delivery drivers and warehouse employees - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Handle any escalated issues or complaints related to operations and work towards resolving them effectively - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role for at least 5 years - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus
