Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote team members. This role is crucial in ensuring that our remote workforce remains engaged, productive, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement processes and best practices to optimize the performance of remote team members - Monitor the productivity and quality of work of remote employees, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between remote and in-office teams - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for professional development opportunities - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance remote team effectiveness - Manage remote team schedules and ensure coverage during business hours - Act as a mentor and leader for remote team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment - Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise among remote team members, working to find resolutions and maintain team harmony - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to remote work and implement relevant changes within the team

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Driven and independent, with a proactive mindset - Persuasion and people management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proficiency in remote team management software and tools
