Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at Qatar Petroleum, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of various departments within the company. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and communication between departments. 4. Manage budgets and expenses to optimize resources and reduce costs. 5. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. 6. Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve operational excellence. 7. Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategic plans for the company. 8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change and innovation. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Passionate and hardworking with a strong sense of ownership. 8. Excellent time management and cooperation skills.
