Operations Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Qatar Aluminum Limited in Doha. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance. 2. Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 3. Manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure goals are met. 4. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 5. Oversee inventory management and procurement to ensure adequate supplies are available. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. 7. Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner. 8. Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Confident and independent personality traits. 6. Proven presentation and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
