Operations Manager

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a motivated and independent Operations Manager to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow - Collaborate with different departments to coordinate operations and achieve company goals - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance - Manage and motivate a team of operations staff to ensure productivity and quality of work - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the industry

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent cooperation and communication abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
