Operations Manager

Job Description:

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a passionate and driven Operations Manager to join our team in Doha. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity - Manage and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are being met - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operations - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals - Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations - Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making - Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
