Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a part-time, work from home position. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in operations management and be confident, energetic, and possess strong persuasion and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence - Lead and mentor a team of operations staff - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Communicate with senior management to provide updates and recommendations - Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
