Woqod is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our company's operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance. - Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals. - Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation across the organization. - Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards. - Monitor and manage operational budgets to optimize resources and minimize costs. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results. - Energetic and adaptable personality traits. - Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
