Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant at Qatar Aeronautical College, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to one or more executives by managing their schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and handling various administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Managing executives' calendars and schedules - Organizing meetings and appointments - Handling correspondence, including drafting emails and letters - Coordinating travel arrangements - Maintaining files and records - Handling expenses and reimbursements - Conducting research and preparing reports - Providing general support to executives as needed
Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated personality traits - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Bachelor's degree preferred - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
