Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a resilient and reliable Personal Assistant to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center in Doha. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team members and executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and organize calendars, meetings, and appointments for team members and executives - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Assist with project coordination and follow-up - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
