Personal Assistant

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a hardworking and confident Personal Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives - Manage and prioritize calendars, meetings, and appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and with a team - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
