Job Description:
Msheireb Properties is seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Secretary will work in an associate level position and should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and confident individual who possesses strong research and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize the office of senior executives within the company. 2. Schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements, and prepare necessary documents. 3. Answer and screen phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. 5. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records. 6. Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and keeping track of expenses. 7. Conduct research on various topics as assigned. 8. Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 6. Confidence to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders. 7. Strong research skills and ability to analyze information. 8. Leadership skills to take charge of tasks and projects.
