Job Description:
Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Remote Secretary to join our dynamic team in Doha. We are looking for an adaptable and reliable individual with a passion for sports to support our administrative needs. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within our organization.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality administrative support to the team remotely. 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning efforts. 5. Assist with the organization of events and meetings. 6. Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a professional manner. 7. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions. 8. Support general office tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of administrative experience preferred. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Knowledge of sports industry is a plus. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 8. Strategic planning and analysis skills.
