Job Description - Secretary - Work from home

Job Description:


Sidra Medicine is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Secretary to work from home on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills.


Responsibilities: - Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department - Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level - Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences - Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms - Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Developing and maintaining a filing system - Overseeing office equipment maintenance and repairs - Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner - Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant - Proven experience working remotely and managing tasks independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strategic planning and planning soft skills
