Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team at Qatar National Cement Company. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and performing a variety of tasks remotely.

Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing emails, calendars, and appointments - Conducting research and compiling data - Creating and updating documents and spreadsheets - Communicating with team members and clients - Assisting with project coordination and implementation - Handling travel arrangements and expenses - Providing general administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role for at least 4 years - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and leadership
